Permits
The City’s Building Department migration project is complete. Changes include a full-time building official/inspector and the new building permit application and tracking software, CommunityConnect.
The software enables you to submit permit applications, respond to or resubmit requests during the plan review, track application status, schedule inspections, and view documentation associated with your permit throughout the process.
Apply through CommunityConnect for:
- building permits (building, re-roofing, solar installations);
- dig permits;
- demolition permits;
- right of way encroachment permits (ROW); or
- temporary use of right of way permits (TURP).
Log into CommunityConnect to submit your application and upload submittal documentation. Within the permit you are applying for is where the checklists and required submittal documents are listed.
Please call 208.726.7801 or email planningandbuilding@ketchumidaho.org if you are unable to submit your application online. If you prefer to email or deliver your application and documentation, PDF applications are available for you.
