Ketchum is committed to supporting quality Special Events of all sizes throughout our city. From small-scale community events to high-volume professional productions, we invite Special Event producers to paint their picture on Ketchum's canvas.
This page is intended to help you better understand the Special Event permitting process and provide tips that will help facilitate your Special Event planning process.

STEP 2: PICK UP THE PHONE & CONNECT WITH CITY STAFF
- If you are planning a first-time event or simply making changes to an annual event, give us a call at 208.726.3841 before you complete your event plans.
- City staff have valuable experience with events and want to see yours succeed.
- A preliminary conversation with our Community Engagement Manager, Daniel Hansen, may save you valuable time in your event planning process.
