SUBMITTAL DEADLINE
All responses, per the requirements of this RFQ/RFP, must be received by the City of Ketchum Planning and Building Department no later than 12:00 pm MST on May 5, 2023.
1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The City of Ketchum is requesting proposals for consulting services from qualified professionals to lead an audit and focused update to our 2014 Comprehensive Plan and a full rewrite of the land use regulations (the code). The selected firm or team of firms will have demonstrated experience in a variety of areas, including but not limited to, developing community visions, growth policies, implementation strategies, land use, zoning, and subdivision policies and regulations. The city anticipates a multi-phased approach to the project including an initial scoping exercise with city staff, elected and appointed officials, and stakeholder input prior to the execution of work associated with the update to the comprehensive plan and code.
