In 2018, the City of Ketchum purchased a building at 191 5th Street in Ketchum, Idaho, for a new City Hall. All City operations are intended move to the new City Hall by spring 2021. The existing building at 191 5th Street was built in 1996. It is a 3-story building comprised of 15,575 square feet. The building is currently used as office space and is partially occupied.

The City is seeking the services of a qualified construction manager, working alongside the City Project Management Team, through the remainder of the building’s design, construction, and commissioning process. The goal of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified construction manager that will provide consistent, transparent, and organized processes through the design, construction, and close-out phases. The City may elect to employ the selected construction manager as its general contractor pursuant to Idaho Code 54-4511 after the completion of the design phase. Such contract modification is not guaranteed, and the City reserves all rights to competitively bid the construction work through other methods.
