Audio-Visual Bid for Council / Public Meeting Room

The City of Ketchum is currently renovating an office building to serve as the new City Hall. The meeting room space (attached) requires a dynamic and modern audio-visual system.  A portion of the city’s existing Creston AV System will be re-purposed with the new equipment. 

All bid submissions shall provide a detailed cost breakdown of all cost categories such as materials/equipment, installation, and shipping.  The City of Ketchum is a tax-exempt entity.  Bidders should assume to install new equipment the week of September 27th, 2021.  Submission of bids are due by Noon on Thursday, July 29th via finance@ketchumidaho.org. Questions regarding this solicitation prior to the opening of bids should be directed to finance@ketchumidaho.org.
