PROJECT SUMMARY: An amendment to the Phased Townhouse Subdivision Agreement between the City of Ketchum and Sapp Family Holdings, LLC dated November 21, 2022. The requested amendment to the development agreement includes, but is not limited to, tying the remaining right-of-way, alley, and hardscape pathways improvements for Sublot 1 to the construction schedule of Sublot 2 and modifying the townhouse final plat application submittal process.
