PROJECT SUMMARY:  A Lot Consolidation Preliminary Plat subdivision application and a Townhouse Preliminary Plat subdivision application. The project proposes to consolidate the two tax lots located at 205 Sabala Street. Currently, the property is comprised of Tax Lot 2329 and Tax Lot 6667 and is developed with an existing duplex and two detached garages. The consolidation would result in a lot area of 9,359 square feet. In addition to consolidating the lots, the project is proposing to subdivide the newly created lot into townhouse sublots. Each sublot will be independent with no common area around the buildings proposed.
