PROJECT SUMMARY:  A new detached garage and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is proposed at 429 Broadway Boulevard. The garage will be the ground floor of the new structure at 1,327 square feet with the ADU located on the second floor at 760 square feet for a total size of 2,087 square feet. The property currently has an existing single family residence which was constructed in 1974. As the proposed structure occurs within the floodplain, a floodplain development permit is required.
