PROJECT SUMMARY: The Ketchum Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to review the Design Review application for a proposed addition to an existing commercial office building located at 120 N East Avenue within the Mixed-Use Subdistrict of the Community Core (CC-2 Zone).
