APPLICATION TYPE: Design Review Application
PROJECT SUMMARY: The Ketchum Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to review the Design Review application for a proposed addition to an existing commercial office building located at 120 N East Avenue within the Mixed-Use Subdistrict of the Community Core (CC-2 Zone). The proposed 2,279 square-foot addition will accommodate an expansion of the existing commercial area, a new attached garage, and two new multi-family dwelling units. The proposed three-story mixed-use building has a maximum height of 38’-5’’. The proposed mixed-use building is 8,134 gross square feet and the Floor Area Ratio is .99.
