A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho authorizing the Mayor to execute a six (6) month contract for services for land planning services with Lisa Horowitz of LH Land Use Consulting in an amount of seventy-five dollars ($75) per hour with a minimum fee of $3,000 per month plus costs of travel and lodging and a daily per diem rate for food as accrued per the City of Ketchum's internal policy
