A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease agreement with Cliff View Investments, LLC, in an amount of one dollar ($1.00) for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months, for the use of twenty-six (26) apartment units at 101 Williams Street, Ketchum, Idaho, enabling the Ketchum Police Department and Ketchum Fire Department to use such premises for training purposes
