A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, resolving that in exchange for a mutual release and voluntary resignation effective October 20, 2006, from Fire Chief Greg Schwab, the City shall pay Mr. Schwab $100,000 and all accrued and unused vacation and keep Chief Schwab on unpaid administrative leave with full benefits until October 20, 2006
