A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, supporting the use of Ketchum's PSAP funds to facilitate the implementation of E-911 Emergency Dispatch Services and to facilitate the consolidation of emergency dispatch services throughout Blaine County under the direction of the Blaine County Communications Center Board and calling for a Joint Powers Agreement among all parties to govern the operation of such improved and consolidated emergency dispatch services
