An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, amending Title 12, Streets, Sidewalks, Public Utility Easements and Public Places, of the Ketchum Municipal Code, by adding a new chapter, Chapter 12.36, to be known as Community Forestry Management; providing goals; providing definitions; providing for the establishment of a Ketchum Community Forestry Department; providing the applicability, administration and enforcement of this chapter; providing for permits; providing regulations for the general care and protection of public trees; providing for adjacent landowner responsibility; providing for appeals and penalties; providing for summary publication of this ordinance; providing a savings and severability clause; providing a repealer clause; and, providing an effective date
