An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum, Blaine County, Idaho, amending Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic, by the addition of a new Chapter 10.06 titled "Speed Limits" providing for a maximum speed limit of twenty miles per hour (20 M.P.H.) on all streets within said City, a maximum speed of ten miles per hour (10 M.P.H.) on all alleys within said City; exceptions thereto; and, prescribing penalties for the violation thereof; providing a savings and severability clause and providing an effective date
