An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum amending Chapter 17.64 of the Ketchum City Code by amending Subsection 17.64.010.C by clarifying when a Right-of-Way Agreement is required; adding a new Subsection 17.64.01.I regarding landscaping specifications; adding a new Subsection 17.64.010.J regarding snow storage requirements; adding a new Subsection 17.64.010.K regarding limitations on building facade materials; deleting Section 17.64.020, Design Review, and replacing it with a new section 17.64.020, Design Review; providing a savings and severability clause; providing a repealer clause and providing for an effective date
