An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, amending Title 17 of the Ketchum City Code by adding a new chapter, Chapter 17.154 to be known as the "Development Agreement Zoning Ordinance" establishing provisions for the conditional zoning or rezoning of property; defining terms; providing for the creation, form, recording, modification, and enforcement of development agreements; providing for procedures for the revocation or termination of development agreements and reversion to previous zoning districts; providing a savings and severability clause; providing a repealer clause; and, providing an effective date
