An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, amending Chapter 2.40 of the Ketchum City Code, by the addition of a new section 2.40.020 requiring each seat on the City Council to be a assigned a number; requiring all candidates seeking election to the City Council to file for one (1) of the numbered Council seats; requiring a majority of the votes cast for a particular candidate for election to each position; requiring a runoff election in the event no candidate receives a majority of the votes cast; providing for a repealer clause and a severance clause; and providing for an effective date
