City of Ketchum Sponsors Free Performance Art Event
KETCHUM, Idaho – The City of Ketchum Arts Commission is hosting “The Great Ketchum Toss Up” featuring the Mind of Marlin on Friday, August 17, at 7 p.m. in Ketchum Town Square.
Watch master juggler Marlin weave his magic, participate in an "Audience Tossing Symphony" and learn to juggle after the show! This event is free and open to the public.
Professional juggler, Marlin, graduated from the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Clown College and became a well-known, talking comedy juggler. His one-man show toured nationwide at over 350 colleges and universities and was featured on numerous television shows both in the U.S. and Europe. Marlin also headlined many comedy clubs throughout the nation and was the subject of a documentary titled "The Street Juggler."
Marlin applied his talent and passion for juggling to the fine arts where he created multiple roles for the Los Angeles Chamber's production of "The Little Prince.” He went on to receive commissions to create interpretive juggling to classical music and to perform these pieces as a guest soloist with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra. Marlin is co-creator of "LUMA,” a human light show, which has become an internationally acclaimed theatrical production.
