PROJECT SUMMARY: A new 8,077 sq ft single family residence is proposed at 450 Wood River Dr which currently has an existing single family residence on site that is proposed to be demolished. Wetlands exist on the site and the proposal identifies areas where wetland mitigation will take place on the subject property.
